Regarding made-to-order products, branding irons and original versions will be delivered in about one week to 10 days, and original type production will be delivered in about two weeks. However, please note that the delivery date may be delayed depending on the content of the product.

Please note that we cannot accept cancellations, changes, or returns for reasons other than "wrong product" or "defective product" after the product has been delivered. In the case of a wrong product or defective product, we will only respond if you contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

[About cancellation]
Once the product has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
It is not possible to cancel orders for made-to-order items such as branding irons that have already started production.

[About return shipping charges]
We will cover the cost of exchanging defective products or replacing incorrectly delivered products, so please return the product to us with cash on delivery.

With respect to any images, artwork, digital files, or other design materials submitted to us through this website, or by telephone, fax, or any other means, for the purpose of producing a custom branding iron plate (die), we do not verify whether such materials were created by the person placing the order (hereinafter referred to as the “Purchaser”). Nor do we investigate the ownership, validity, or legitimacy of any intellectual property rights, including copyrights, relating to the submitted materials.

Acting solely as a third party in good faith, we will produce the custom branding iron plate on the assumption that the Purchaser has the legal right to use all submitted images, artwork, digital files, and other materials, that their use does not violate any applicable copyright laws, and that the Purchaser assumes full responsibility for such use.
