[About returns and exchanges]

Please note that we cannot accept cancellations, changes, or returns for reasons other than "wrong product" or "defective product" after the product has been delivered.
In the case of a wrong product or defective product, we will only respond if you contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

[About cancellation]
Once the product has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
It is not possible to cancel orders for made-to-order items such as branding irons that have already started production.

[About return shipping charges]
We will pay for replacement of defective products and replacement of incorrectly delivered products.

[We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases]
(1) If we do not receive notification of a defective product, etc. to our store within 3 days after receiving the product.

[About refunds]
Refunds will be issued within 3 business days of receiving the returned item, according to the payment method used at the time of the order.

[About cooling off]
Cooling-off is a system that applies to door-to-door sales.
A cooling-off period is not required for mail order sales.
Please note that this site is a mail-order service that is accessed by customers, so the cooling-off system does not apply.
