Brass custom branding irons suitable for marking wood, leather, paper, and more. Brass is easy to machine, which also helps shorten lead times.
Our brass branding irons have an engraving depth of about 0.12", allowing you to brand even soft, thicker materials. The deep engraving also reduces the chance that the base surface will touch the material when creating a depression.
In addition, the engraved edges are sharp, so even fine details can be branded cleanly and true to the design. Beyond hot branding, you can also use them for foil stamping or embossing by changing the equipment.

Custom Stainless Steel Branding Iron
Custom stainless steel branding irons are food-safe (SUS304), making them ideal for branding food products.
Like our brass models, the stainless steel irons have an engraving depth of about 0.12", which is suitable for branding softer foods.
Stainless steel also has a higher heat resistance, so you can heat it on commercial high-output stoves, over charcoal, or with a torch. It resists rust and is more durable than brass, though it is slightly more expensive.

Custom stamps for striking hard materials such as metal and wood.Because they are made from high-hardness steel, the engraving is shallower than on brass branding irons.
You can choose the stamp material from two options: carbon steel or SKD11 tool steel. In addition to standard stamps, we can also produce hand-held ring stamps.

Designs for custom branding irons and stamps are basically all possible. Even if another company has turned you down, please consult with us.
Unlike printing with a printer, branding can sometimes cause scorching to bleed depending on the material being marked. So even if we make a branding iron with your desired design, it may not brand cleanly. In such cases, we’ll suggest design adjustments that make it easier to achieve a crisp, clean mark.
We can create the production data for a branding iron from a hand-drawn illustration at no additional cost.
